These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of millerandmarian.com and any purchase you make from Miller and Marian Limited ("Miller & Marian", "we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in your local currency where possible, based on your detected location, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy - we'll confirm your order once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once we accept it). We accept payment via card, mobile money, and bank transfer through Paystack and Flutterwave, and Cash on Delivery where available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4. Returns and Refunds

6. Acceptable Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miller & Marian is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the value of your order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Ghanaian consumer protection law.
